New two-axis-CNC-winding-machine
For the manufacture of glass RTD’s are two parallel pilot wires with a defined pitch wound on a base body. To reach a high precision in production will be special machinery required.
On the home designed and built CNC-winding-machine, glass RTD’s can be produced in diameters of 0.4 … 5 mm and with winding length of 1 … 70 mm.
During the development special attention was paid to increasing the quality and flexibility in the sense of our customers.
